Character Information
Character Personality: Tessa is lonely and depressed. Shes cold, cruel and spiteful. She spends her days laying in a dark room wallowing in self pity and her nights tormenting innocent people just to make them feel her pain.
She thinks she doesn't need any one but she always feels so alone. Shes angry and confused and doesn't know where her life is going but shes sure its not any where good.
Mentally shes pretty messed up, she finds physical harm amusing and can sit for hours on end just staring off into space. She finds it hard to sleep and when she does manage her dreams are plagued with images of her doing terrible things to people. She has these thoughts while shes awake as well some times, she sees things that arnt there, hears things she shouldn't. Shes pretty sure shes mildly schizophrenic or something but she really doesn't care all that much.
All in all shes not a very stable person.
Character History:
Tessa was abandon by her parents when she was a baby. She was adopted but when her powers started to form her new parents wanted nothing to do with her either. At the age of ten she was on her own, hiding and running. Sleeping in allys and stealing just to eat. Occupationally some one would try and help her but once they saw what she was they forced her way. Every time it was the same thing. Finally she just grew to hate people in general. Now she spends her days locked in a dark, abandon apartment building and at night she goes out just to cause harm to others. She very rarely goes out during the day any more because shes afraid of the sun.
Sample Post
The Sample:
Tessa sat in the corner of the small empty apartment, rocking gently back and forth. She listened to the city, the cars, the people... but even all these noises couldn't drown out the voices that muttered things to her. She could hardly ever understand them but they were always there during the day. She closed her eyes tight and pulled a blanket over her head and every thing went silent.
She couldn't even hear her breathing, she stayed like this for maybe an hour before suddenly standing up. Her legs ached from being in the same possession all day but she ignored them and walked to the window. She drew back the black curtains and smiled as the watched the last of the sun set behind the buildings leaving nothing but a blood red hue in its wake. She quickly pulled on her jacket and walked out onto the street. She smiled and held her arms out wide standing in the midst of the side walk, surrounded by good men and women heading home to their family and the not so good people who had begun to emerge. She started laughing and embraced the night. Now it was her time to shine and nothing could hurt her. The city was her playground now and nothing but the rising sun could stop her.
