Until recently, this continent was wholly undeveloped... However, since the discovery of the hollow ice sheets, seemingly left behind by an unknown civilization, several scientists have migrated to Antarctica in order to study the beings. Though not a world power, Antarctica has become a Technocracy, with scientists trained in various areas in charge of their respective areas od expertise.
