Alright, so if you've read my sample RP as Soundbyte and all, you probably noticed him taking out drug dealers involved with Cluster 7C... As such, I'm thinking of having a few threads with him meeting people, making connections, before he travels to Cluster 7C in an attempt to stop the dealers at their source... So, if you want any characters involved, you're more than welcome to toss them in! Other heroes or neutrals to help stop the dealing...

Or even villains, just out to do no good, or, if you want, you can even create the mastermind behind the drug trade (if I don't get to it first, lol).

My character Kathryn is the kind go get herself mixed up with bad people by doing stupid things so she could fit into that some where i bet.

Sounds good to me! So, I could potentially have Maia, Forecast, and Miles as allies... And maybe we could start Kathryn as working with the drug peddlers, maybe a small section of them, for one reason or another... Maybe have her find out what's going on from one of the others, and turn to help the 'heroes' stop the drug trafficking?

I'd also love for someone to create some kind of villain inspired by the likes of Kingpin, Lex Luthor, or just a general mob/crime boss type character, to be behind everything?

You could make your insane neutral first, lol... If you want to make the villain, you could make him/her at the same time, or whenever you want, since there's no character or post limit, lol!
